BRANDON FARLEY - AFFILIATE BROKER

Welcome to the Farley Team website and thank you for stopping by. Brandon is a buyers, listing, investment specialist at Highlands Elite Real Estate. Brandon was born and raised in the Upper Cumberland area in Cookeville, Tennessee. After graduating high school he moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas to attend Arkansas State where he played baseball. After college, Brandon was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 2012 and played in the organization until 2016. After hanging up his cleats Brandon moved back to his roots in the Upper Cumberland and setlled back down in Cookeville with his wife Katy and 6 year old son Ripken. He has been serving Cookeville and the Upper Cumberland region ever since and looks forward to assisting you in all of your real estate needs.

When asked what he enjoys most about working in real estate, Brandon says - "Being born and raised from this area, I can say there is truly no place like home. Our community is a great place to settle down and raise a family. I get the most joy of the relationships I get to make with clients in this business. Being able to assist people in the area I grew up in means a lot to me. Also enjoy getting to show out of state buyers looking to transition to Tennessee what all our community has to offer. In his spare time Brandon enjoys flipping properties and also looking for investments. If he's not showing houses he's either coaching baseball, golfing with his son, or drag racing with his dad.

HAILEY SMELCER - AFFILIATE BROKER

As a Tennessee native, Hailey has always enjoyed the charm that this state has to offer. Originally from Smyrna. Tennessee, Hailey moved to Cookeville in  2016 to attend Tennessee Tech University where she graduated with a B.S. of Science with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She was drawn to Cookeville because of the old-school, small town charm, and the amazing community who would do anything to help a neighbor, and all of the unique community involved events to participate in! 

Before making the switch over to the real estate industry, Hailey has been helping the people of the Upper Cumberland community achieve their goals when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! The most important thing that she learned from the car business is to treat someone how you would want your loved one treated. 

She firmly believes that buying or selling a house is exciting and should be fun! RENEE MAYNARD - AFFILIATE BROKER

Renée has been a resident of the Upper Cumberland since 2018, and her love for the community has only grown since then. As an intern at Highlands Economic Partnership, Renée had the opportunity to connect with many locally owned businesses and developed a love for the community.

Being from Colorado and having moved several times with her family, Renée knows firsthand the excitement and challenges of finding a new home. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the real estate process, listening to their needs, and understanding their motivations for moving. She believes everyone has a unique story, and that's what she loves most about being a real estate agent.

Renée's interest in real estate led her to partner with an experienced agent, Brandon, who mentored her and showed her the ropes of the industry. While working full-time, Renée studied for her real estate exam and obtained her license to pursue a career that would allow her to grow, be flexible, and immerse herself in the local community.

She takes great pride in teaching first-time homeowners and guiding them every step of the way as they make their dream of homeownership a reality. Renée values the opportunity to educate her clients and help them make informed decisions about their home purchases.
