Fifty acres in Hilham with fenced pasture, a cascading creek, and waterfalls of its own, paired with a spacious brick home and the kind of privacy that's getting harder to find. A gated entrance opens to a long gravel drive that winds up through the pasture to the house, with the creek and falls close enough to be part of everyday life. Built in 2007, the home offers 4,864 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main level holds the primary suite with a double vanity, a living room anchored by a stone fireplace, and a kitchen with rich wood cabinetry. The dining area opens through double doors to the back porch, so meals move outside easily. A home office with built-in shelving and a laundry room with a utility sink complete the main floor. Upstairs, tongue and groove pine walls and ceilings give the bedrooms a cabin-like warmth, and cozy window nooks look out over the pasture. Finished space under the eaves offers room for a playroom, hobby area, or extra storage. The home has been meticulously maintained, with windows and high quality doors added in 2021 (transferable warranty), a roof and gutters replaced in 2025, and an encapsulated crawlspace. Covered porches on the front and back invite slow mornings and quiet evenings, and a detached carport keeps vehicles out of the weather. About 25 acres of pasture are ready for livestock with five-strand high tensile fencing, while the rest of the land offers woods and long views across the hills. Picture coffee on the porch with the sound of the creek, afternoons exploring your own waterfalls, and evenings watching the sun set over the pasture. If you've been searching for land and a home with this kind of peace, we'd love to show it to you.
